こんにちは！
ヨーロッパでC# WPFエンジニアをしている日本人です。
今回は、「JIRAでバグ報告」「タスクの進捗コメント」「ステータス変更時」に実際によく使った英語コメント例をまとめました。
「どうコメントすればいいか分からない…」「シンプルに何書けばいいんだ…」
…って毎回悩んでた昔の自分みたいな人のための、超実用版です！
【シチュエーション別：JIRAコメント英語例】
✅ バグ報告コメント（Bug Report）
1. 再現手順を書くとき（Steps to Reproduce）
- Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the application
- Navigate to [Screen Name]
- Click on [Button Name]
- Observe the error
2. 実際の結果（Actual Result）
- Actual Result:
The application crashes with the following error:[Insert error message]
3. 期待される結果（Expected Result）
- Expected Result:
The application should navigate to the next screen without any error.
4. 追加情報（Logs、スクリーンショットなど）
- Additional Information:

6. 「緊急度が高いバグ」の伝え方

✅ タスクの進捗報告コメント（Progress Update）
1. 作業開始時（ステータス変更時など）
- Started working on this task.
- Development in progress.
- Currently investigating the root cause.
2. 開発中にブロッカーが発生した場合（阻害要因の報告）
- Blocked by [Issue Key] due to [reason].
- Waiting for clarification from the Product Owner.
- Environment setup is delayed.
- Waiting for API response details from the backend team.
3. 中間進捗の報告
- Completed initial development.
- Unit tests are in progress.
- Awaiting code review.

4. テスト中のステータスコメント
- Testing in progress.
- Test cases for positive and negative scenarios executed.

6. 「リリース準備OK」のとき

✅ コメントでよく使う「丁寧フレーズ集」
「念のため補足です」

「もし不明点があれば教えてください」
- Please let me know if anything is unclear.
「急ぎではないけど、確認いただけると助かります」
- This is not urgent, but I would appreciate it if you could take a look.
「先に進めるために、以下の情報が必要です」

✅ ステータス変更時のシンプル例文

【おまけ：よく使った「万能コメント」】

- The fix has been applied. Please verify again.

おわりに：まずは「短く、シンプルに！」
JIRAコメントで一番大事なのは、「ダラダラ書かない」「短く」「具体的に」。
僕も最初は「英語で長文…無理…」ってなってたけど、
このフレーズ集みたいに、とりあえず“型”から始めるのが一番オススメです。
「シンプルで、誤解がないこと」が最優先。
